This module touches on disruptive innovation and industry transformation. Participants will look at business model innovation, creating market-appropriate customer value proposition, business model innovation in emerging market, effective strategy execution (managing complexity and unexpected), and developing non-market strategy to shape value system for disruptive innovation.
