Executing Strategy (MGMT641)

Course description

In this course we examine the analytic frameworks that can help managers identify viable strategies. These include competitive analysis and the analysis of strategic capabilities. We also study the process of strategy implementation and execution involving organisational issues such as leadership, culture and organisational structure. We use case studies to illustrate processes of strategy formulation and implementation.
