Innovation Strategy (MGMT710)

Course description

Innovation Strategy sets the broad framework for how and why organisations innovate and organise themselves for innovation. In this course, we will address broader issues of opportunity recognition, innovation management, innovation portfolio management, technology and patenting strategy, open innovation models and multinational innovation strategy. This is intended as a survey course that exposes us to the broader challenges in organizational innovation.
