Research in Human Resources (OBHR612)

Course description

This course covers methods and findings in classic and contemporary research on human resources management. The purposes are: to give students a critical appreciation of areas, methods, theories, principles, and controversies in research on human resources; to develop the skills in identifying and testing interesting research ideas in human resources management, and to explore research opportunities for adding to that knowledge by writing a research paper.
