Psychology of the Self (PSYC625)

Course description

This course examines the notion of the Self as a cognitive and affective representation of one’s identity.  Different psychological theories of the Self and the associated research on the relationships linking the self construct to cognition, motivation, emotion, attitudes, and behaviors will be examined.
